Dear Mr Prime Minister

I am an Nhs worker. I am pround of the work that we do. In the last year alone we've delivered 700,000 babies, performed 10 million operations, dealt with the 21.3 million vistors to A&E, chnaged coutless bed linen, carried out essential maintenance and repair work and helped millions of people in their homes.

But your latest pay 'insult' has left me feeling undervalued and overworked. How can you boast of economic recovery then deny us a decent pay rise again? when the super-rich pocket mega-sized bonuses?

Where is the fairness in that?
